Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education background.
- Experience implementing or evolving Centers of Excellence, Low Code governance models, or automation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Experience with Power Platform Admin Center, Managed Environments, and CoE Starter Kit.
- Knowledge of environment strategy, DLP policies, connectors, gateways, and access management.
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), solutions, pipelines, and CI/CD processes.
- Background in solution architecture, integrations, APIs, data modeling, and business intelligence.
- Ability to create governance policies, operational processes, and technical standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary initiatives and influence business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define governance models and implementation roadmaps for the Power Platform and Low Code Center of Excellence.
- Establish security policies, data loss prevention rules, access controls, and licensing strategies.
- Design environment strategies, approval workflows, and governance structures.
- Implement solution lifecycle processes including development, testing, version control, and deployment.
- Define technical standards, documentation practices, and performance indicators.
- Lead governance forums, training sessions, and alignment between Technology, Security, and business teams.
- Manage Power Platform and BI projects from requirements gathering to monitoring business outcomes.
