Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing financial services or investor-focused role.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience engaging investors through meetings, calls, and events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in producing clear, compelling presentations and investor materials.
- Solid financial and analytical acumen, including familiarity with financial reporting, valuation concepts, and market research.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and the institutional investment landscape.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM systems, investor relations software, and financial databases.
- Ability to adapt to evolving investor needs and changing market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior team members to enhance and diversify the investor base.
- Organize and actively participate in calls, meetings, and events with existing and potential clients.
- Utilize the firm's CRM system to track and manage outreach activity effectively.
- Maintain and update the quarterly sales plan and regularly monitor and report on fundraising goals.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on activity, pipeline, and feedback related to products and fundraising efforts.
- Oversee outbound marketing activities directed towards investors.
- Represent Point at investor conferences and events to promote the firm.
- Enhance and refine investor-facing materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Offer analysis, create presentations, and prepare write-ups as required to support fundraising and investor relations efforts.
