Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience managing technical programs, complex software projects, or enterprise systems implementations.
- Proven track record of translating ambiguous business requests into structured technical documentation like system process maps and PRDs.
- Proficiency in utilizing project management and issue-tracking platforms, such as JIRA.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities in a high-growth environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively to build consensus across internal teams.
- Strong quantitative and data analysis skills (preferred).
- Experience creating low-fidelity UX wireframes or interface mockups (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering to scope strategic initiatives.
- Author technical requirements documents, such as Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and detailed user stories.
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex projects by establishing milestones, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate regular status updates and communication channels across technical and non-technical teams.
- Evaluate core systems continuously to identify opportunities for system optimization and workflow scaling.
