Job Details

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in home remodeling sales (Outside or Inside Sales).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiating and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce).
Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and sales opportunities simultaneously.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Willingness to work Monday - Friday in the Central Time Zone.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their home remodeling needs and offering tailored solutions.
Guide customers through the sales process, providing estimates, discussing financing options and closing sales.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services, staying up to date on the latest trends in bath remodeling.
Create accurate and competitive quotes based on customer specifications and follow up to answer questions or provide additional information.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Update and manage the CRM system with accurate client data, sales activities and pipeline progression.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the team sales goal.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
Connect with customers who request cancellations, actively listening to concerns and identifying ways to retain their business.
