Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a mature engineering team.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java/Spring preferred; Kotlin/Ruby used).
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with product managers and designers.
- Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record of high-impact engineering work.
- Ability to work independently and push through technical hurdles.
- Strong attention to detail and high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Define technical solutions and contribute to architectural vision.
- Develop and ship code using Kotlin, Postgres, and Ruby on Rails.
- Manage CI/CD workflows using CircleCI and Spinnaker.
- Mentor junior engineers and build team competencies.
- Monitor services, perform root cause analysis, and deploy fixes.
