Requirements
- Experience leading and mentoring teams in data projects
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong experience in Data Engineering and optimizing data pipelines
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Jupyter)
- Experience working with any cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with dbt
- Knowledge of Docker
- Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect
- Familiarity with ETL processes and automation
- Solid command of English for technical documentation and communication
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define BI and analytics requirements
- Innovate with new tools to improve infrastructure and processes
- Design dimensional data models and build scalable data pipelines
- Develop data models for dashboards and client-facing analytics
- Develop internal tools and assist in technical migrations and model design
- Build scalable, high-performance data architectures
- Ensure code quality through review, documentation, testing, and CI/CD integration
