Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product/Project Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
- Technically proficient with the ability to grasp high-level architecture and technical concepts.
- Previous experience in a software development company, ideally with a focus on web applications.
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B product management (CRM, BSS, OMS) is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Drive all processes related to product definition, development, and launch.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align on the product vision and core functionalities.
- Define product features based on customer needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage the product backlog, including breaking down high-level features into user stories and tasks.
- Define clear acceptance criteria and prioritize effectively.
- Support development teams during iterations by clarifying requirements and adjusting priorities.
- Monitor product progress at every stage and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
