Requirements
- Active, independent clinical license in California as an LMFT or LPCC.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Availability during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).
- Preferred: Bilingual fluency in Spanish or other languages.
- Preferred: Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities.
- Preferred: Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions.
- Preferred: Active NPI number and CAQH profile.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) to ensure high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy.
- Monitor and ensure supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards.
- Collaborate indirectly with school counselors, teachers, and families through supervisees to support a holistic care team.
- Use clinical tools to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, timely supervisory documentation in the secure EHR system.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current in youth mental health care.
