Requirements
- Master's Degree in Food and Nutrition/Dietetics
- Completion of an ACEND-accredited internship
- Active RD or RDN license
- Ability to be credentialed by insurance
- Minimum 2–4 years of outpatient clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of GI and evidence-based treatment plans
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual patient care using evidence-based protocols including low FODMAP and targeted elimination diets
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of GI physicians, NP/PAs, and psychologists
- Develop individualized nutritional care plans aligned with clinical protocols
- Document patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner within the EHR
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to nutritional best practices
- Engage in professional training activities to advance clinical knowledge
