Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on consulting or development experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end enterprise Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Automate cloud flows, and data modeling.
- Practical development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Dataverse extension patterns.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, authentication, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Experience with solution-based application lifecycle management, source control, and automated deployments.
- Proficiency with tools such as Power Platform CLI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
- Experience designing Dataverse security and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions to business audiences.
- Ability to work independently within distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, requirements analysis, evaluation of solution options, and design discussions with client and project stakeholders.
- Design, configure, and develop Dataverse solutions using model-driven apps, Power Automate cloud flows, business rules, Power Fx, and other platform capabilities.
- Extend the platform using C#, .NET, plug-ins, custom APIs, JavaScript, Dataverse Web API, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
- Design secure inbound and outbound integrations using Dataverse and relevant Azure services.
- Define logical data models, data mappings, migration approaches, and data-quality controls.
- Create technical designs, integration diagrams, process flows, estimates, risks, and deployment plans.
- Implement application lifecycle management using solutions, environment variables, source control, and CI/CD automation.
- Perform peer reviews, testing, solution validation, and production troubleshooting.
- Lead technical walkthroughs, communicate progress, mentor team members, and collaborate across disciplines.
