Requirements
- Master’s degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Health Policy, or related field with 2-3 years of experience.
- OR Bachelor’s degree in one of those fields with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical or HEOR consulting environment.
- Experience with observational datasets such as registries, healthcare claims, or electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong communication skills with experience contributing to study documentation.
- Effective organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to contribute to multiple high-visibility projects in a timely fashion.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in project direction.
- Oncology experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work with study leads to design client-facing real-world oncology studies and statistical analysis plans.
- Collaborate with statistical programmers to ensure accurate implementation of analyses.
- Assist in the interpretation and presentation of study findings via reports and presentations.
- Contribute to discussions with cross-functional stakeholders including oncologists and project managers.
- Develop understanding of epidemiological and statistical approaches for observational real-world data.
