Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Education Research, Social Sciences, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis, research, or analytics.
- Proven experience managing projects or coordinating multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience supporting research projects or working with research methodologies.
- Proficiency with data management, analysis, and reporting tools such as SQL, R, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SurveyMonkey.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel 1–3 times per year for retreats, programming, and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Shape operations for Research, Data Strategy, and Data Systems teams.
- Act as a connector between research, analytics, and operational execution.
- Create project plans, agendas, documentation, and tracking tools to manage complex initiatives.
- Coordinate work across multiple teams to ensure visibility and alignment of deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end analytical projects, including data cleaning, validation, and organization.
- Conduct quantitative analyses and build dashboards to translate findings into insights.
