- Experience within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end People data processes.
- Data hygiene, metric definition, and documentation skills.
- Strong business partnering skills to translate data like headcount, turnover, and costs into insights.
- Analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in assessing and implementing analytics platforms and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Unify data from key sources (Personio, Lever, 15Five) into a trusted source of truth with high standards for data quality and GDPR compliance.
- Own core People metrics and build dashboards to provide deep-dive analysis.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business questions into measurable insights.
- Raise overall data literacy across the organization.
- Turn survey and feedback signals into clear recommended actions.
- Build scalable reporting processes to reduce manual work.
