Requirements

- Deep understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend patterns
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data handling
- Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques
- Strong Git and version control practices
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered developer tools in day-to-day workflows
- Ability to effectively use AI for debugging, refactoring, and documentation
- Experience performing peer code reviews and mentoring engineers
- Ability to identify and reduce technical debt
- Understanding of frontend security best practices
Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable user-facing features using React and TypeScript
- Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive, and production-ready interfaces
- Build reusable, maintainable, and extensible frontend components and libraries
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and scalability
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to define APIs and data contracts
- Leverage modern AI development tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery speed
- Utilize AI-assisted workflows for debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation
- Conduct regular code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level engineers
- Identify technical debt and proactively recommend modernization strategies
