Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, healthcare, or clinical research.
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical research experience in clinical operations or functional service management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a project.
- Experience managing regional trials or supporting complex global trials.
- Experience in Auto Immune Disease areas.
- Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical research operational processes.
- Experience with clinical trial systems such as EDC, eTMF, or CTMS.
- Experience supporting quality oversight, risk management, or audit readiness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Provide program-level leadership and operational oversight for assigned FSP collaboration activities.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the client at the FSP project level.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across internal stakeholders, FSP team members, and client stakeholders.
- Support development, maintenance, and implementation of FSP program-specific processes, trackers, and governance materials.
- Monitor project-level risks, issues, resource constraints, and quality trends to support mitigation or corrective actions.
- Support financial oversight, including review of scope assumptions, resource utilization, budget, and forecasting.
- Lead and facilitate internal and client-facing operational meetings.
- Contribute to onboarding, training, mentoring, and coaching of FSP team members.
