Requirements
- 5+ years in endpoint or systems engineering with experience managing multi-platform fleets at scale.
- Strong experience with two of the following: ChromeOS/GWS Admin Console, macOS/Jamf, Android, or Linux.
- Deep understanding of endpoint security principles: EDR, compliance baselines (CIS, SOC2), and encryption.
- Familiarity with identity/access tooling like Okta.
- Scripting and automation skills to build reliable deployment pipelines.
- Ability to manage and report on fleet compliance posture.
- Experience in high-growth, high-complexity environments.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and InfoSec.
Responsibilities
- Own and operate MDM platforms across ChromeOS, macOS, Android, and Linux environments.
- Manage ChromeOS policy via Google Workspace and macOS devices via Jamf.
- Design and enforce security policies, including CrowdStrike Falcon EDR integration and patch management.
- Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines for software and configuration updates.
- Define device lifecycle processes including provisioning, imaging, and decommissioning.
- Develop tooling and runbooks for local IT teams to execute onboarding.
- Maintain fleet observability through dashboards and compliance reporting.
- Mentor junior team members in endpoint and device management.
