Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical founder, CTO, Head, or Director of Engineering.
- Extensive experience building with LLMs and agent frameworks like Claude Code, Cursor, MCP, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Deep understanding of agentic systems, including memory, orchestration, evals, and failure modes.
- Strong portfolio of shipped products, ideally in a 0→1 startup, agency, or B2B SaaS environment.
- Ability to reason about business, revenue models, ICP, and go-to-market strategies.
- Hands-on coding proficiency with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
- High-agency approach with the ability to document assumptions and execute on product bets without excessive management.
- Excellent communication skills for a direct, high-feedback culture.
- Capacity to work across Americas or EMEA time zones with required daily overlap.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the product manager and builder-lead team to increase velocity and quality.
- Orchestrate human-AI hybrid workflows, delegating tasks effectively between humans and agent fleets.
- Perform hands-on coding and architecture for complex components, critical spikes, and reference implementations.
- Manage the delivery of multiple products in parallel while maintaining high standards.
- Define and enforce technical guardrails including CI, review processes, security, and logging to enable safe, rapid deployment.
- Analyze product performance from first principles to address fulfillment gaps and optimize revenue models.
