Requirements
- 3–5 years in an enterprise customer-facing discipline such as implementations, consulting, technical program management, or product.
- Background in life sciences where reproducibility, auditability, and compliance are key.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and translate unstructured executive conversations into executable plans.
- Understanding of enterprise data science team workflows for model development, scaling, and governance.
- Demonstrated experience with real delivery ownership across full project lifecycles.
- Technical fluency across software architecture, predictive modeling, and agentic systems.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer program end-to-end from contract signature through expansion.
- Partner with account teams to scope engagements for successful delivery.
- Direct delivery pods including Forward Deployed Engineers and Integration & Architecture teams.
- Build trust with stakeholders ranging from C-suite sponsors to data scientists.
- Lead solutioning conversations to connect AI platform capabilities to customer business outcomes.
- Drive rollout, enablement, and change management to ensure adoption.
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities in partnership with sales and customer success.
- Represent the customer voice by providing product feedback and commercial signals to internal teams.
