Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Expertise in Flutter and Dart.
- Comfort working full-stack across backend services and APIs.
- Strong software architecture and design skills.
- Demonstrated experience consuming and collaborating on REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Product engineering mindset with ability to deliver features from prototype to production.
- Hands-on experience directing agentic coding tools.
- Strong debugging and performance-optimization skills using tools like Sentry or Datadog.
- Strong context-switching skills for concurrent projects.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical leadership and stakeholder interaction.
- Track record of mentoring engineers.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and ship high-quality Flutter applications across iOS and Android.
- Shape mobile architecture, establishing patterns and standards for the team.
- Collaborate with backend engineers on shared REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Partner with product and design to prototype ideas and deliver maintainable features.
- Utilize and direct AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and MCP to accelerate workflows.
- Support customers and field technicians by troubleshooting code and resolving issues end to end.
- Contribute to code reviews and technical mentorship of engineers.
