Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Developer Advocacy) for a SaaS or developer-tool company.
- Fluency with mobile development stacks and experience reading/writing Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java, Flutter, Dart, or React Native with TypeScript.
- Strong ability to communicate the business impact of APIs and SDKs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of app monetization models, subscription infrastructure, and growth levers.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple deals and projects in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Bias for action and ability to deliver practical, iterative solutions.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Linear, Notion, Slack, and Looker is preferred.
- Prior experience shipping or integrating an app with RevenueCat is highly desired.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS deals and navigating complex stakeholder environments is a plus.
- Understanding of in-app purchases and subscription commerce is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery calls and technical demos that bridge business and technical requirements.
- Manage inbound conversations from initial contact through technical validation.
- Build proof-of-concepts, demo apps, and paywall examples to illustrate platform capabilities.
- Create scalable enablement content like videos, walkthroughs, and sample apps for prospective users.
- Partner with Strategic Account Managers on complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- Surface product feedback and technical hurdles to internal Product and Growth teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing to produce solution guides and technical launch materials.
