Requirements
- 4-year degree in a technical field, preferably Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of frontend development experience with React.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS frameworks.
- Strong experience building component-based UIs and consuming REST APIs with a modern framework.
- Proven technical skills: ability to work with APIs, query databases, and solve common problems.
- Experience with authentication and authorization patterns (JWT, RBAC, API keys).
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Passion for learning and ability to design and build solutions quickly.
- Empathy for the user experience.
- Time management skills.
- Comfort with change as a constant.
Responsibilities
- Build new digital health products and improve existing ones.
- Learn the science and understand the users to design the right solution.
- Work closely with business analysts and product owners to turn requirements into technical specs.
- Design and build solutions with a cloud- and security-first approach.
- Participate in every stage of frontend development: design, code, review, test, integration, debugging, deployment, and maintenance of user interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews and PR-based workflows, and help uphold coding standards and architectural boundaries.
- Mentor other engineers through pairing, reviews, and shared knowledge, and promote good practices across the team.
