Requirements
- Current undergraduate or graduate student studying public health, data science, social sciences, or a related field.
- Ability to commit 6-8 hours per week for the full academic year (August 2026 - June 2027).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data cleaning and basic analysis.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Reliable organizational habits and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint (preferred).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools or basic reporting (preferred).
- Interest in adolescent health, wellness, youth programming, or nonprofit work (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and updates in organizational databases and program tracking systems.
- Support regular reviews of database records to maintain data integrity and completeness.
- Clean, organize, and validate datasets across program tracking tools to ensure accuracy.
- Support basic data analysis to surface insights for program evaluation.
- Assist in generating reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders.
- Document data management processes and procedures for team reference.
- Work closely with program and M&E staff to support evaluation efforts.
