Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student studying public health, data science, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Ability to commit 6-8 hours per week for the full academic year (August 2026 - June 2027).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data cleaning and basic analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Reliable organizational habits and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint (preferred).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools or basic reporting (preferred).
  • Interest in adolescent health, wellness, youth programming, or nonprofit work (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and updates in organizational databases and program tracking systems.
  • Support regular reviews of database records to maintain data integrity and completeness.
  • Clean, organize, and validate datasets across program tracking tools to ensure accuracy.
  • Support basic data analysis to surface insights for program evaluation.
  • Assist in generating reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders.
  • Document data management processes and procedures for team reference.
  • Work closely with program and M&E staff to support evaluation efforts.
