Requirements
- Strong proficiency in C++.
- Experience building native iOS applications in Swift, or deep interest in developing expertise in Swift while utilizing C++ skills.
- Experience designing, building, or maintaining security-sensitive systems such as authorization, authentication, token management, or credential storage.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and secure system design.
- Knowledge of modern authorization protocols, specifically OAuth 2.0.
- Experience working with shared cross-platform codebases.
- Understanding of how native platform layers interact with C++ libraries.
- Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to solve challenges spanning client and backend technologies.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an autonomous engineering squad responsible for delegated authorization and session management.
- Design, build, and evolve critical infrastructure using shared C++ libraries and native Swift on iOS.
- Develop secure, reliable, and performant delegated authorization flows, including token issuance, refresh, revocation, and session lifecycle management.
- Partner with client and backend engineers to integrate with core authorization services like Keymaster.
- Improve secure on-device storage and management of credentials and access tokens.
- Contribute to the evolution of authorization frameworks, including OAuth 2.0, to enable new product experiences.
- Drive technical improvements and contribute to the long-term technical direction of the platform.
