Requirements
- 4+ years of UX or interaction design experience.
- Experience with responsive web design and frameworks.
- Portfolio showcasing responsive grid-based layouts and systematic design thinking.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX best practices.
- Advanced skills in interaction design, specifically application design.
- Capability to identify and incorporate happy path, edge, and corner cases.
- Competency in exploring and validating user needs.
- Proficiency in Mural, Figma, Axure, and Balsamiq.
- Understanding of information architecture, principles, and user psychology.
- Familiarity with customer-centered Design Thinking.
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively on virtual, international, cross-functional teams.
- English language proficiency (B2 level) with strong presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research using explorative, descriptive, and confirmatory methods.
- Collaborate and communicate with clients and internal teams during customer engagements.
- Map user journeys of as-is and to-be business processes.
- Design user experiences ranging from sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.
- Develop interactive reporting dashboards and various visualizations.
- Communicate design specifications to engineers in a detailed manner.
- Validate designs through usability tests, A/B tests, and performance analysis.
- Establish benchmarks for product features and identify improvement areas.
- Create rapid prototypes for stakeholder validation.
- Influence cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs.
