Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in web design, ideally for SaaS or digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages and marketing-focused work.
- Proven ability to make and defend design decisions based on analytics and conversion data.
- Background in web agencies with experience managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Solid experience with Figma, including building or working with design systems.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for creating ad creatives, motion, and UGC-style content.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or above.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on landing pages and homepages across Tidio products (Tidio, Lyro, Hubi) to drive conversion.
- Maintain and expand the design system to ensure brand and product consistency.
- Create and iterate graphics for ads, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Produce high-impact animations and UGC-style content.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Technology team and multiple stakeholders on various projects.
