Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of modern React, frontend patterns, TypeScript, and component architecture.
- Advanced state management skills.
- Strong grasp of SSR/ISR frameworks, specifically Next.js.
- Experience with at least one major backend framework.
- Understanding of relational databases.
- AI-literate: ability to leverage AI for code generation while maintaining rigorous review standards.
- Fluency in modern JS tooling.
- Commitment to clean code and attention to detail.
- Comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written).
- Nice to have: Ruby on Rails experience, sharp SQL skills, and GraphQL experience.
- Nice to have: Comfortable communicating in Polish (spoken and written).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal and user-facing frontend applications.
- Build new full-stack features to address business problems.
- Review code written by other team members.
- Conduct experiments, refactor code, and perform system upgrades.
- Work closely with the Product Team and CEO to define solutions.
- Fix bugs and optimize product performance for customers and partners.
- Shape frontend culture by identifying bottlenecks and streamlining architecture.
