Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of full-stack development experience.
- Expert in the React and Node.js ecosystems.
- Solid experience with NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Docker.
- High level of skills with browser APIs, DOM, and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience building and working with agentic AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor).
- Advocate of clean code and clean architecture.
- Passionate about testing.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to mentor others.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and evolve server and client-side applications.
- Assume responsibility for technical design, development, and testing.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and domain experts to define technical possibilities.
- Optimize performance by minimizing API response times using metrics and distributed tracing.
- Contribute to the development lifecycle and team processes.
- Take ownership of code, tasks, and role deliverables.
