Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of full-stack development experience.
- Proficient in the React and Node.js ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Docker containers.
- Strong knowledge of browser APIs, DOM, and HTML/CSS.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Demonstrated ability to own solutions and mentor team members.
- Advocate for clean code and clean architecture practices.
- Passionate about testing and investigation of new technologies.
- Results-oriented work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and evolve both server and client-side applications.
- Take full ownership of technical design, development, and testing processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and domain experts to define technical possibilities and limitations.
- Optimize API performance by utilizing metrics, distributed tracing, and aggregated trace metrics.
- Provide technical feedback on development lifecycles and processes as a valued team member.
