Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a recognized university.
- 5+ years of relevant experience implementing Workday integrations.
- 6+ years of software development experience (Java, Typescript, or Python).
- Expertise in Workday HR module.
- Expertise in Prism Analytics.
- Expertise in WD Studio.
- Experience working directly with clients and other project stakeholders.
- Strong English skills (written and verbal).
- WD Extend expertise.
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) experience.
- Finance domain expertise.
- Experience with Salesforce or Peoplesoft.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, design and implement the right solution.
- Design and implement new extensions in the Workday Environment.
- Prepare business requirement documents, configuration documents, and process flows.
- Deliver fair outcomes for customers, ensuring conduct maintains a high level of expertise.
- Provide support to other team members and key stakeholders.
- Own meaningful pieces of work end-to-end, from clarifying requirements through design, implementation, testing, and handoff.
- Make sound technical design decisions within your area of work, and surface tradeoffs the team or client needs to weigh in on.
- Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, propose approaches, and respond to change requests.
- Use AI coding tools effectively as part of normal delivery, including writing or configuring agentic workflows.
- Set up and maintain build environments, CI configurations, and other infrastructure that supports the team's delivery.
