Requirements
- 10+ years experience in a leadership role, including managing at least 3 direct reports and 10+ total team members.
- 3+ years experience working at a law firm or in a coaching/consulting capacity for law firms.
- Proven experience creating and managing operations for a company with at least $5M in annual revenue.
- Proficient skills in Google and Microsoft office programs.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and self-starter mindset.
- Ability to provide strategy advice based on operations, technology, and financials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in sales.
- Strong problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRMs, CMS, intake software, and accounting software.
- Ability to travel as needed for client visits and quarterly workshops.
Responsibilities
- Work with multiple law firms as a COO on a fractional basis, dedicating 5-17 hours per month per firm.
- Act as the right-hand to law firm leadership to provide strategic advice and operational input.
- Develop and streamline internal firm processes to improve performance.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting structures.
- Serve as an accountability partner, mentor, and knowledge sharer for client firms.
- Communicate services to potential clients through sales activities.
- Present and assist at workshops, events, and weekly client sessions.
