Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and experience with Java.
- 2+ years of hands-on production GenAI experience.
- Experience building and deploying AI Agentic systems or autonomous agents in production.
- Expertise in architecting context engineering solutions, dynamic context assembly, and agentic retrieval patterns.
- Experience designing multi-agent orchestration and multi-hop reasoning pipelines.
- Knowledge of agent planning strategies, tool orchestration, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Strong experience with agentic frameworks such as ADK (Agentic Design Kit) and LangGraph.
- Proficiency in software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture applied to AI systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy autonomous AI agentic systems using ADK and LangGraph to automate code reviews and workflow optimization.
- Architect advanced context engineering solutions including memory systems and multi-hop reasoning pipelines for code analysis.
- Develop intelligent backend services in Python and Java to detect anti-patterns and standardize development workflows.
- Define coding standards and best practices for GenAI systems, including evaluation metrics and guardrails.
- Lead code reviews using GenAI tools and provide architectural guidance on AI system design.
