Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong emphasis on manual testing.
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC.
- Proven experience designing and executing detailed manual test cases.
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
- Strong SQL skills for backend and database validation.
- Experience with manual API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios with a focus on manual validation.
- Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing across the SDLC.
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability issues.
- Execute manual regression test suites for high-risk areas.
- Navigate backend data using SQL queries to ensure accurate data flow.
- Perform manual API testing using Postman to validate responses and consistency.
- Document and track defects, collaborating with developers for resolution.
- Ensure all testing activities align with clinical research regulatory requirements.
