Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in e-commerce or agency environments.
- Strong command of Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
- Solid experience with keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Familiarity with AI search (SGE, AI Overviews) and the role of structured data in LLM citation.
- Experience with multi-region and multi-language sites (hreflang, ccTLDs, subdomains) is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
- Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a remote worker with a stable internet connection.
- Bonus: Experience with WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, or custom CMS.
- Bonus: Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON-LD schema, regex, and Google Merchant Center.
Responsibilities
- Manage and ship technical SEO tickets in project management systems in collaboration with IT and development teams.
- Implement schema markup, structured data, and rich results including Product, Review, and FAQ types.
- Debug international SEO issues, including hreflang corrections, ccTLD, and subdomain consistency.
- Maintain site hygiene through sitemap, canonical, and robots.txt management and Core Web Vitals optimizations.
- Execute on-page optimizations including title tags, meta descriptions, and internal linking for 30+ country sites.
- Perform keyword research, competitor gap analysis, and support content briefing.
- Optimize structured data and content to improve visibility in SGE, AI Overviews, and LLM-driven search results.
- Execute outreach campaigns for backlinks and monitor daily performance via Google Search Console.
