Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the IT field.
- Mandatory experience in automated testing for both Java and C++ codebases.
- Strong proficiency in Java (targeting Java 21).
- Experience with high-availability/high-performance (HA/HP) systems.
- Deep experience with Golden Master Testing and characterization test creation.
- Proven ability to implement AI-assisted test generation and automation.
- Ability to understand and validate telecom-specific protocols like SS7 and Diameter.
- Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins.
- Solid debugging and log analysis skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and management of unit and characterization tests (Golden Master) to validate ported C++ business logic.
- Implement and maintain test automation and coordinate UAT and DevOps activities.
- Integrate testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines and enforce strict quality gates.
- Drive creation of a test suite targeting 3,200+ test cases and 80%+ code path coverage.
- Conduct performance profiling to ensure 7,000–8,000 TPS throughput and <5ms latency.
- Validate modernization aspects including IPC behavior, Redis cache operations, and Node Manager states.
