Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a procurement-related role.
- Proven experience in managing supplier relationships with a focus on packaging materials and components.
- Expertise in supply chain optimization, supplier diversity, and performance excellence.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes and procurement methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing packaging category research and analysis to identify market trends and supply chain efficiencies.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of packaging suppliers including identification, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with Legal and Quality teams to ensure supplier compliance with specifications and certifications.
- Develop strategies to ensure supplier diversity and supply chain flexibility to mitigate risks.
- Partner with Product Development and RNI teams to support new packaging innovations through the stage-gate process.
