Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B, enterprise software, infrastructure, security, or networking.
- Strong product judgement with the ability to distinguish between urgent and important tasks.
- High agency and ability to take ownership without waiting for consensus.
- Hands-on leadership in writing problem statements and analyzing customer input.
- Practical, active use of AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, and decision support.
- Strong prioritization skills within complex stakeholder environments.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Customer fluency in validating problems and identifying patterns.
- Strong collaborative skills for working effectively with Engineering teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and decision-making without perfect data.
- Clear communication skills to build trust across different internal functions.
- Technical curiosity and willingness to learn complex networking concepts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Network Discovery product area, including discovery capabilities, vendor and technology support, data quality, and scalability.
- Make high-quality product decisions by balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business impact.
- Work hands-on with Engineering, UX, and Field teams to validate priorities and define product scope.
- Own roadmap decisions, including build, defer, and decline choices.
- Drive measurable outcomes by improving the reliability, coverage, and speed of discovery capabilities.
- Translate technical complexity into clear priorities and actionable delivery plans.
- Use customer evidence and product data to make prioritization decisions.
- Partner with Engineering to shape solutions and manage trade-offs.
- Use AI practically to improve discovery, analysis, documentation, and product practices.
