Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (technical field preferred).
- 8+ years of relevant experience in technology companies.
- 5+ years owning and driving products end-to-end as a Product Manager.
- Track record of driving measurable outcomes tied to OKRs.
- Deep customer empathy and ability to synthesize insights.
- Strong analytical skills across metric design, funnel analysis, and evidence-based prioritization.
- Hands-on SQL experience is highly desirable.
- Technical fluency in system architecture, APIs, and data flows.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience building, launching, and scaling fintech products (preferred).
- Experience building products from zero-to-one (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own and drive outcomes anchored in metrics and aligned with company OKRs.
- Maintain a roadmap that balances near- and long-term priorities, growth levers, technical investments, and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage ongoing customer discovery, product analytics, and experimentation to validate assumptions and refine direction.
- Break down ambiguous, complex problems into clear proposals, actionable plans, and structured trade-off scenarios.
- Build queries and analyses to validate hypotheses and monitor early product signals.
- Own the product’s written documentation including one-pagers, PRDs, GTM plans, release scopes, and user stories.
- Cultivate relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
