Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience specifically in payments.
- Experience in vertical SaaS at a mid-market to enterprise scale.
- A track record of working closely with engineering teams on technically complex, high-ambiguity problems.
- Ability to drive strategy without someone mapping out every step.
- Demonstrated curiosity about applying AI to workflows and decision-making.
- Experience at a company built on Stripe's platform is ideal.
- Healthcare experience is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Set the product strategy and roadmap for Payments, and shape how that connects to roadmaps across the broader Billing group.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and product partners, becoming the trusted voice on payments across Jane.
- Champion improvements to our Stripe integration and payments architecture, closing gaps that have built up as the platform has scaled.
- Partner directly with senior leadership to translate big, ambiguous problems into clear plans and tradeoffs.
- Drive meaningful impact for the clinics and patients who depend on Payments, aligning stakeholders and leadership around the value being created.
