Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in analytics or BI development.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inspection plans and protocols.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and integrate AI into current technology.
- Ability to work effectively within a quality management system.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Open to travel up to 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Pull, extract, and organize data from the company's central data repository on a recurring basis.
- Validate data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies before publishing.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights within data to support business decision-making.
- Define and document system requirements for inspection, audit, and engineering programs.
- Recommend programs to support data analysis and automation for scalability.
- Create tools to track the performance of auditors, assessors, and inspectors.
- Partner on data infrastructure, visualization, and analytics roadmap initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and communicate actionable metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Automate internal and external reporting to ensure data quality and timeliness.
- Improve report performance and streamline data visualization using advanced modeling techniques.
