Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Seven or more years of directly applicable enterprise software experience.
- Direct, hands-on experience implementing Strategy Customer Managed Cloud (formerly MicroStrategy CMC).
- Experience deploying Strategy CMC within a Red Hat OpenShift environment.
- Strong OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux, and container administration experience.
- Experience building and supporting enterprise application containers through production deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Business Management, or related discipline.
- Ability to work remotely during standard Mountain Time business hours.
- Demonstrated ability to lead software implementations and provide mentorship to technical staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation, configuration, testing, and production deployment of Strategy Customer Managed Cloud.
- Deploy and configure Strategy CMC within a Red Hat OpenShift container platform.
- Build and manage the containers required to support the Strategy CMC environment.
- Configure the environment to support existing on-premises Strategy reports, dashboards, applications, and security settings.
- Perform Strategy CMC configuration, troubleshooting, tuning, patching, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Provide ongoing operational support and develop technical documentation, operating procedures, and administration standards.
- Mentor LANL middleware personnel on Strategy CMC and OpenShift administration to support knowledge transfer.
