Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or product-based business preferred.
- Proficiency with NetSuite ERP.
- Solid Excel skills.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AP workflow tools (e.g., BILL, Tipalti).
- Familiarity with T&E tools (e.g., Ramp).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volume.
- Excellent communication skills and professional service-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Enter, code and post vendor bills in NetSuite with accurate GL tagging.
- Process invoices and payment requests through NetSuite and tools like BILL or Tipalti.
- Monitor invoice approval workflows and assist with vendor onboarding and inquiries.
- Post daily customer receipts and assist with wholesale customer onboarding and collection follow-up.
- Review employee expense reports and corporate card transactions in Ramp for policy compliance.
- Support expense approval, posting, and reconciliation of reimbursements.
- Assist with routine journal entries and month-end close schedules.
