Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- 2–3+ years of experience sourcing, recruiting, and managing creators, influencers, or UGC talent.
- 2–3+ years of experience editing high-performing short-form social content for performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of the German-speaking market, cultural trends, and consumer behavior.
- Deep knowledge of Meta and YouTube creative best practices.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or comparable video editing software.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway or Sora.
- Experience localizing creative assets by adapting copy, pacing, and cultural nuance.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and recruit creators across DACH, the UK, Europe, and APAC.
- Manage the end-to-end creator content lifecycle from initial outreach and negotiation to final asset delivery.
- Produce, edit, and localize high-performing video assets for Meta and YouTube ads.
- Translate project briefs into clear creator-facing requirements.
- Optimize and scale creator-led content through testing and data-driven iteration.
- Collaborate with Growth, Creative, and Media teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
