Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Fluent Polish (working with Polish-speaking engineering teams)
- English at B2/C1 level (minimum B2)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience collaborating closely with backend engineering teams
- Good understanding of backend technologies, APIs, databases, and system architecture
- Experience with product planning, prioritization, and project management methodologies
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core Platform domain
- Partner with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear product initiatives and actionable development plans
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, and IT stakeholders
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical dependencies
- Monitor platform performance, scalability, and reliability
- Support the delivery of high-quality backend solutions by working with engineering and QA teams
