Requirements
- PhD or postdoctoral degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Proficiency in modern ML frameworks, specifically PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Detail-oriented and innovative mindset with a passion for applied AI research.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) is a plus.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Langchain) is a plus.
- Commitment to collaboration and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and interpret advanced generative AI systems.
- Review and optimize PyTorch models for efficiency and correctness.
- Advise on GPU optimization, scaling, and technical trade-offs.
- Collaborate with the research team to co-author technical reports and research papers.
- Engage in high-impact projects with partnered AI labs and platforms.
