Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a machine learning role with demonstrated success in deploying models to production.
- Architectural expertise in designing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade, distributed ML systems.
- Expert-level knowledge of CI/CD, orchestration (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect, Dagster), and model monitoring.
- Strong background in Python, distributed systems, and backend development.
- Expertise in deploying ML models at scale on AWS using platforms like MLFlow.
- Expert-level SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles including experimental design and statistical distributions.
- Experience defining SLIs/SLOs and managing large-scale technical roadmaps.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and mentor junior talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement features that empower lodging customers to make data-driven pricing decisions.
- Develop innovative ML solutions to optimize revenue strategies.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and high quality of ML systems throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Establish robust ML practices and rigorous testing processes, including data validation and performance testing.
- Structure data pipelines and own the end-to-end development of revenue management applications.
