Requirements
- 12+ years’ experience in Construction or Construction Consulting.
- Proven expertise in construction scheduling and delay analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
- BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the Energy Construction sector.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills.
- Ability to organise and evaluate complex project files.
- Client-facing experience with strong business development capabilities.
- Occasional travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects with a focus on schedule delay analysis.
- Perform advanced analysis of delay claims using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, applying Critical Path Methodology (CPM).
- Review and interpret construction contracts for terms and conditions relevant to claims.
- Analyse construction claim costs related to insurance events.
- Prepare detailed, professional reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic project management oversight across multiple disciplines.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to building a strong client base.
