Requirements
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Proven ability to transform unsorted raw footage into a cohesive story.
- Strong understanding of documentary-style pacing and sound design.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision.
- Portfolio of 1–2 long-form videos that you have edited.
- No reliance on mobile-first editors like CapCut, InShot, or Captions.
- Fluency in German.
Responsibilities
- Review and edit raw footage for one podcast episode (approx. 60 mins) per week.
- Produce one vlog (8–30 mins) per week based on provided raw footage.
- Apply a documentary, clean, and story-driven editing style.
- Perform pacing, sound design, and typography adjustments.
- Manage the end-to-end editing process with full autonomy.
