Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Ability to build a compelling story from unsorted, raw footage.
- Strong sense of pacing, sound design, and visual cleanliness.
- Professional reliability with a focus on consistent, timely delivery.
- Ability to work autonomously without micromanagement.
- Familiarity with documentary-style editing techniques.
Responsibilities
- Edit one video podcast episode (approx. 60 minutes) per week.
- Edit one vlog (8-30 minutes) per week based on provided footage.
- Review, select, and organize raw, unedited footage into a finished final product.
- Perform full editing including pacing, sound design, and typography.
- Apply a clean, documentary-style aesthetic similar to DAVE or Tim Krasenbrink.
- Deliver finished videos ready for publication with minimal oversight.
