Requirements
- U.S. citizenship (required for federal security clearance).
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active security clearance and Common Access Card (CAC).
- Enrollment in the Continuous Vetting (CV) program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in administrative processing, records management, or compliance environments preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive or confidential information.
- Ability to learn complex processes, procedures, and system requirements.
- Effective communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Capacity to sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and process personnel vetting applications per established procedures.
- Assess and validate Continuous Vetting (CV) alerts to determine relevance and actionability.
- Receive, document, and coordinate information representing potential risks to national security.
- Generate and distribute CV Reports for subjects with actionable information.
- Request and manage supplemental information from outside agencies.
- Monitor investigative lifecycles and perform case maintenance and system updates.
- Digitally image and archive case materials and maintain records security.
