Requirements
- Experience or academic background in Risk Management, Travel Risk Management, Security Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
- Strong presence and TRM experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical skills with the ability to assess programs, identify gaps, and develop structured recommendations.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Travel Risk Management frameworks, duty of care concepts, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 31030).
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of TRM consulting engagements, including travel risk management program assessments, gap analyses, and maturity reviews.
- Assist in preparing and delivering client-facing deliverables including reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Support the development of thought leadership content such as webinars, client briefings, articles, whitepapers, and conference presentations.
- Work closely with GCM colleagues to ensure alignment between crisis response capabilities and TRM program design.
- Support Sales, Program Management, and Client Management teams by providing TRM expertise during RFPs, client renewals, and solution design discussions.
- Conduct research and analysis on TRM standards, regulatory expectations, and industry benchmarks.
